The students of Grade 1 (Communicators) learnt how to do skip counting by a hands-on activity. The students were introduced to the concept of skip counting by the teacher, later they used the number cards themselves to understand further. The students placed the number cards in sequence of skip count by 2 and 3. It helped them visualize the newly acquired knowledge and made Numeracy fun to learn in class. The students enjoyed the activity and showed interest in learning more about the concept.
