Fitness is like a relationship. Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince. The teaching faculty at MRIS-51, Gurugram indulged themselves in a fitness circuit workout session for three days recently. Fitness Circuit workout consists of setting up several stations with different activities for everyone to rotate through in short periods of time (usually one or two minutes). It helps to motivate, sets a pace and adds energy and fun to work during the day. Regardless of what you do, regular exercise and physical activity is the path to health and well-being. It was indeed an enriching experience for teachers to attend the workout sessions.
