A healthy body builds a healthy mind. It might sound like a cliché but for a growing child, it is important to inculcate such habits. The kindergarteners of MRIS-51, Gurugram learnt the importance of exercise through an interactive assembly.

The students of KG-Mars conducted assembly on the topic ‘Benefits of Exercise’ wherein various advantages were shared with the students. They were also shown various ways of exercising through a participative session of Zumba on counting. The assembly also included practising of a few yoga postures, along with interactive ‘animal yoga’ session. In a fun-filled way, the students learnt about the moves which will help them grow into happy and healthy adults.
