MRIS -51 Gurugram organized a webinar on culinary skills recently. Chef Dhaval Ajmera of the ITC Hotels group showcased his culinary skills for the parent community of the school. It was a much-appreciated session in this lockdown period where everyone is home, doing their own cooking. Chef Dhaval taught us a very tasty and healthy lasagna with ingredients that are available at home. He took us through the entire process step by step online. He also showed us how to make a delicious chocolate mousse/ganache in a very simple manner, with the least possible ingredients. Overall, this was a very interesting session that activated everyone’s taste buds and motivated everyone to try these dishes out.
