Education is a partnership between parents and teachers. Such a successful relationship proves beneficial for a child’s holistic well-being. A unique coffee morning for Nursery parents was organised at MRIS 51, Gurugram. It was an event to provide parents with an insight into the day-to-day activities and routine of their children at school. It was an opportunity for parents to meet all teachers, reiterate school policies and understand the curriculum.

The activities for the event included an interactive rhyme session, literacy session to understand blending and segmenting of words as per phonics, learning about the natural world, concept of saving food and how to Reduce-Reuse-Recycle, and tips on developing fine motor skills.

The event ended with an interactive Q&A session with the parents which helped in clearing all their doubts.
