Mega event Talenthon-2020 of MRIS-51, Gurugram, a cornucopia of Literary and Science competitions culminated with great zest and enthusiasm in an award ceremony recently. The ceremony was carried out with great pomp and fanfare. It commenced with a welcome address by the Principal Ms. Alpana Baveja followed by a general welcome to all the participants, judges, teachers from various schools. Most of the top schools of NCR participated in this Inter-School event. The guests and participants were all entertained with a beautiful dance on the theme ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ by the students of Grade VII, VIII & IX followed by a soulful song rendition by Arnie Singh of Grade VI.

The most exciting moment was the announcement of the results of the various events. All the finalists were selected on a range of all-round evaluation criteria and there were four categories of prizes, the first, second, third, and an outstanding award for the best performer in each category. It was held amidst much joy, cheer and applause as the beaming students received credit for their performances.

Each and every participant was recognized for their hard work, dedication and participation. Principal Mrs. Alpana Baveja in her speech appreciated the creativity and the spirit of the students with which they participated. She congratulated all the awardees and applauded the support of the parents and the untiring efforts of team MRIS-51 in making this event a grand success.

The jubilant event ended with the Vote of Thanks by the academic coordinator Ms. Deepti Arora.
