I am a proud member of the Manav Rachna fraternity and have been associated with MRIS 46 since its inception. I have seen the school grow and have grown along with it. One thing that stands out when you step into the school premises is its positivity. This outlines the fact that positive learning can only take place in a positive culture. The excited faces of the students as they step into the school, the warmth of teachers receiving them at the school gate, the flow of energy throughout the school day- all set the tone of life in MRIS 46.
Shaping young impressionable minds involves immense responsibility and we take this responsibility of creating better human beings very earnestly. Our dynamic progressive approach ensures that we are always thinking ahead of our times. Apart from academics, the school focuses on various other aspects of learning and personality development. In the formative years, students are exposed to multifarious activities and are given time and scope to identify their area of interest. In middle and senior school, their interests are honed through various opportunities. Be it Robotics, Art, Graphics, Photography, Sports, Music, Dance, Creative Writing, Public Speaking, Entrepreneurship, Event Management and many more- students get various platforms to sharpen their skills.
As teachers we have the opportunity to foster positive changes to everyday experiences in our school. Investing time in setting and improving the school culture is worth the time. Innovative teaching methodologies, enquiry, experiential and application based learning are some of the distinctive elements of our pedagogy. It is a joy to see the students grow in front of our eyes to reap the benefits of the same as they confidently glide through their school years to grow as young, independent open minds ready to make a mark in the world.
