Students of MRIS-21C Faridabad were explained the parts of the Chandrayan -2 which included Orbiter, Lander-Vikram and Rover-Pragyan. They were all very excited to watch the launch live on screen at 2.43pm IST. Students of Grade –IV have also done Lunar Lander Challenge in their Techno-Skill class. First of all, they all designed 2D sketch of the Lander, tested it and improvised it according to the requirement with the help of their mentors and created lunar Lander. The task given to them as to see the soft landing of the space craft on the moon surface without throwing the astronauts out of the space craft. It was a delight to see their enthusiasm and the connect with the project work, and students felt as if they are also a part of the history making event happening today in the country.
