Workshop for Grade VI-VIII teachers

Upholding the commitment to provide the best in education, the educators of Manav Rachna International School, Sec-14, Faridabad undergo training programmes and participate in a plethora of workshops, enhancing their skill-sets at regular intervals.  In a bid to brace students with current dynamics, the ways to enhance proficient critical thinking skills in the students were discussed at length in a workshop for teachers of Grades VI to VIII.  Helmed by Dr. Shalini Bindra, Vice Principal, the workshop aimed to help the facilitators probe into the innovative teaching strategies to ensure a healthy learning environment for all young minds.

Addressing the packed auditorium, Dr. Bindra shed light on the necessity to nurture an Effective Learning Environment, paving way for the confluence of the seamless talents of the students with the opportunities complementing the holistic development of learners with varied intellectual capacities. In an interactive session, the enthusiasm of the educators was palpable as they shared the challenges faced and the strategies to surmount the same in everyday classroom conditions. Deliberating on the need to be mindful of the stress endured by the students due to their academic obligations and increase the happiness-index ratio, the educators were encouraged to strengthen the channels of communication with the learners in order to help them balance their scholastic and co-scholastic priorities with ease.

Espousing the merits of nurturing a collaborative environment, the educators unanimously concurred to cater to the needs of the learners and employ effective teaching strategies to provide equitable learning opportunities to them.
