Brilliant and stupendous success garnered by the students of MRIS Sector 14, Faridabad in the Inter School Competition-Masquerade 2019 hosted by MRIS Noida has reaffirmed our belief in the creative genius of our prodigies. The students represented the school in the junior (Grades 4th to 8th ) and senior category (Grades 9th to 12th ) comprising ten students in each group. Amalgamating the classics ‘The Tempest’ by Shakespeare and ‘The Alchemist’ by ‘Paulo Coelho’, the students put forth a hilarious show with astute acting skills. The 15 minute plays were judged based on their script, comic moments, and use of songs, music and theatrical extravagance. Superseding all teams, the students of MRIS-14, Faridabad brought laurels for the school by winning the first prize in the junior category.

The winning team comprised the following students- Syeira Bhalla, Baani Manchanda,Samarth Bhargava, Shreya Bindra, Pratishtha Garg, Kamya, Simran Handa, Kartik, Harshvardhan Shah and Dishant Chadha. The best actor (female) in the senior category was procured by Ishita Bindra. More than winning itself, participating in the competition was a great learning experience for the young actors. Experiences such as these definitely hone the personality and add to the realm of experiences imperative to creating an all encompassing profile. Heartiest congratulations to the students.
