Through the Academic Enrichment Program, personal mentoring and reflecting on learning experiences through 3-Way Conferences and goal setting, we ensure that every learner has their needs supported and challenged.

How do you integrate co-curricular activities into school life?

We provide a co-curricular program that allows for students to participate fully from sporting, public speaking, dance and design thinking. To showcase each student’s participation of ways in which we contributed are events like Abhivyakti, Ensemble and Gati.

What are your support structures to help students with their well-being?

Within MRIS 21C there are support systems in place to help students both socially and emotionally through, for example, Adult Advocacy Program and Socio Emotional Learning profile which help ensure that each student has a mentor who supports them both emotionally and academically. The Academic Growth Graph ensures evidence of academic growth of every child is tracked throughout the grades.

Is parent involvement encouraged?

Absolutely. We believe in participating and involving the parents in workshops, sessions, parent engagement activities as PTA members etc, and we also offer many engagement opportunities for parents, Financial Literacy Workshops, Posture Awareness sessions, Mother’s Day Soccer, and open-house nights.

What are your highlights?

We have been Best Middle School, number 1 in Innovation and also had state wins in Taekwondo and Table Tennis. More importantly, they are always demonstrating excellence academically, creatively, and with empathy.
