Meditation Through Sahaj Yoga

With the final exams approaching, the students are bound to be a little stressed and under pressure. Looking at the need of the hour, an initiative was taken by Manav Rachna International School, Noida to help the students manage their stress and remain focused.

The day began with the warm sun shining over them as they all gathered in the open ground. The event aimed at students discovering their inner self. Sahaj Yoga trainer, Mr Nischal Kapoor presided over to enlighten the students of their own unexplored potential through various techniques of Meditation and Yoga. All the students from Grade 1 to 9 attended the session and connected with their soul to improve their concentration and shrug away the stress of everyday routine.

As the session came to an end, they all felt more energized, more relaxed and more eager to carry on further sessions on the same lines.
