This was the motto of today’s meditation session. Once again, our Sahaj Yog Trainer, Mr Nischal conducted a stress relieving session for the students of Grade 6 to 9, as the day of commencement of exam draws closer. Scientific techniques of improving concentration, retaining content and letting go of your negative emotions were taught. The students were urged to practice these techniques every day and of course, the students were more than eager to spend those five minutes of this activity on their own selves and improve as persons
