Erstwhile having served as the Principal of Ryan International School, Faridabad for 14 years, Mrs. Wadhwa shares her brilliant insight into the world of children and understanding of their individual needs. As the Founder Principal of MRIS Sector 14, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of the institution for the past decade. She strongly advocates the provision of a stimulating learning environment for all the students to create an enjoyable, rewarding and positive experience for life. The recipient of the very prestigious Vidyashree Award and The Avantika Samman and the Global Innovative Schools Award 2018, she has also been honored by The British High Commission for her commitment and service to society for promoting better education.
Hobbies & Interests
As she puts it, ‘I have always felt that reading is beneficial in a host of ways. It helps me in reducing stress. Books, as an exemplar, demand a lot of my attention, hence, are a therapeutic antidote against the psychological toll. Being unmoored from my quotidian routine, I feel gratified to be given the gift of time concatenated with my love for reading
Desperately needing an escape from a hastened life, I realized I needed to contribute my bit towards nature. Catering to the needs of my herb garden to infuse flavour in home cooked food and tending succulents in my beautiful little garden while appreciating soulful music, has also been curatively satisfying.’
