Retired from Haryana Government as a Dy. Director Sports. Graduate in Sports International Cricket Coach up to level 4. Chief Coach of the Indian Jr. Cricket team 1995-2003 and won the Jr. cricket World cup for India at England Lords in 1996 defeated Pakistan in the final.
Coach of the Haryana Ranji team for 10 years and won the Ranji trophy for Haryana (National Championship) in 1991-1992 at Mumbai. Played for Haryana, Punjab, North zone in Ranji trophy Duleep trophy and International matches for 20 years and got 358 wickets and score 2000 runs. In 1985 awarded country best bowler at Mumbai got highest wickets 45 in the 8 Ranji matches. Awarded best country cricket coach in 1996-1997 after winning the world cup at England.
Got Bhim award (Haryana state best player award) in 1983-84 at Haryana Raj Bhawan, Chandigarh and also Nominated for Darona Charya award in 1996-97.
BCCI awarded life time performance achievement award with
Rs 30,00,000 in 2012. Presently working with Manav Rachna Educational Instituion as Director, Sports.

SPORTS FACILITIES
- The fitness level of students is always high due to inter-class and inter-school tournaments being conducted at regular intervals during the academic session. Our sports facilities are alive with action the whole year round.
- The inter-branch matches organized each semester are a further step towards increased camaraderie. The cricket ground at MRIU is a tremendous facility where not only Intra & inter institution tournaments take place but also it is venue for Corporate Cricket Tournaments for the last 3 years in succession. Every year leading corporates like MARUTI, ADIDAS, ESCORTS, FORTIS, NHPC, NHAI, NDTV, INDIAN OIL etc. compete for Manav Rachna corporate cup.
- The university has affiliation from All India Universities Sports Federation so that students can take part in Inter University Tournaments. MRIU teams have participated in Cricket, Basketball, and Football tournaments at IIT Roorkee and BITS Pilani.
- Manav Rachna International School has been host to various Championships and tournaments. The Inter Manav Rachna International Schools Sports Championship was conducted in the month of September where all the schools of Manav Rachna participated in Badminton, Table Tennis, Taekwondo & Volleyball competitions.
- 45th Haryana State Junior Badminton Championship was another grand event hosted by MRIS-14 where all the students from different districts of Haryana participated a 3 day long event.
- The recently conducted First Manav Rachna Inter School Sports Championship witnessed a huge participation from schools across the NCR. The event saw the students playing in a true sportsman spirit & competing with each other. It was a great learning experience for all the students.
