Principal’s Message

Mrs Sunanda Grover, Principal | M.Com, M.Ed Experience: 23 Years.

‘Have courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible to conquer the problems and succeed.’—Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam

The children are born courageous and unaware of the limitations of body and mind. They are thinkers and dreamers who wish to achieve the unattainable with their fascination for the World around and their radiant spirit that can even inspire an adult. Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam talked about this very courage and spirit to travel the unexplored path for success. However, the importance of the school to unveil this spirit of a child and bring out his true potential cannot be emphasized enough.

We at MRIS understand the role of a teacher as a mentor, friend and a guide who can make learning a journey. We make conscious efforts to incorporate state-of-the-art teaching methods that awaken curiosity among students and inculcate in them a strong desire to learn. Each student is given an opportunity to realise his own potential, participate in a plethora of extracurricular activities, understand his own capabilities and optimize it. We understand that we shoulder a huge responsibility – not just to teach students the basics of maths, language, art and sciences, but to take them through various experiences that carve well mannered, socially sensitive and emotionally intelligent human beings – people who have the potential of taking on the World once they leave the protective cocoon that MRIS is.
