The Atal Tinkering Lab at MRIS-14, Faridabad celebrated the ATL Community Day at the school premises promoting educators and learners to tinker, collaborate and showcase their skills. Various schools across Delhi-NCR were invited to be a part of this day with an aim to foster creativity in the next generation of crafters and engineers. The eventful day began with the inauguration under the guidance of the Vice Principal, Dr. Shalini Bindra; Headmistress Ms. Minakshi Sharma and school Proctor Mr. Verma. A brief introduction of the concept of ATL provided the participants from Scholar’s Pride and Waso Public Middle School, with a broader view of the plethora of gateways to gain access to the latest in technology. This was followed by a brief workshop on 3D Printing and a hands-on-activity on ‘Soldering’. The innovative workshop and activities in the lab will certainly go a long way in revolutionizing problem-solving techniques for present and future generations.
