Dr Roma dealt with the most common problem of present times – ‘Stress’. She informed that it’s like a credit and debit clearing system. As the stress credits into our system, it’s imperative that we continue to debit it as well to make our lives function smoothly. She shared about various stress relieving techniques which can be used in classrooms and in personal lives. She reiterated that young students do get stressed and as educators, it’s our moral duty to heal them emotionally. Overall it was quite an interactive and informative session.
