In India, Children’s Day is celebrated on 14th November every year. Indians celebrate Children’s Day on this day as it is a birthday of India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who had great love and affection for children. Children loved him too and addressed him as Chacha Nehru’. Children’s Day is also known as ‘Bal Diwas’. To keep the spirit alive, early years at MRIS-51, Gurgaon celebrated the day with great passion and enthusiasm.
