Grade VI students of MRIS-46, Gurgaon competed against one another in an Inter-Section Recitation Competition held in the school recently. Poems with a flavour of humour were to be recited by the students. The first round of the competition was at the section level for all the students of Grade VI across eight sections. Three best entries from each section were selected for an inter-section competition.

Twenty four finalists presented their poems which were judged by Ms. Anita Dasgupta (Headmistress Early Years), Ms. Karuna Jha ((Headmistress Primary) and Ms. Anupama Mehra (Headmistress Senior School). The Students confidently recited different poems with great fervour. Creative use of expressions and props were seen during the competition.

While Arshia Passi bagged the First Position, Pratham Gupta bagged the second position and Vansh Jain secured the Third Position. However, there was Special Appreciation for the students- Divyansh Kulshreshta and Yuvraj Guglani.
