Meditation is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. Keeping the same in mind, a Meditation session was arranged for the students of Manav Rachna International School, Sec-21C, Faridabad. Faculty from The Sahaj Yoga conducted the session for the students of Grade-V and VI.
The session provides various benefits to the students such as increase in their focus, rise in IQ levels, reduction of academic stress, increase in brain integrity and efficiency, reduction in depression and anxiety, and developing happier and confident students. Overall, it was an interesting experience for the students and teachers alike.
