“India is the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great grandmother of tradition. Our most valuable and most instructive materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only.”

—Mark Twain

The words of this great man offer all the Indians a sense of great pride and honor to be born and brought up at such an enriched land.

It was a moment of pride and glory, as the 68th Independence Day of India, was celebrated on 14th Aug. 2014 at MRIS 14. A special assembly was presented by Grade IV on this occasion. In the honour of this auspicious occasion a tribute through an inspiring group song was dedicated to all the people who serve the country , a poem  showcasing a Journey to Independence was showcased  followed by a spectacular dance performance on patriotic song.

It was also the time to felicitate our young achievers who bought laurels to the school by participating in “MVN TechBlitz” a competition organized by a school in Fbd. Devanshi Singhal of grade IV C and Aman Kakar of grade V B participated and bagged third position.

The co-scholastic in charge Ms. Nidhi appreciated the students and the teachers for presenting the wonderful assembly and motivated the students to imbibe good moral values to become better human beings.
