You all have something to achieve in your life. You all have dreams. And to meet your goals and dreams you just keep on going without even noticing whether everything is balanced or not.

You learned from your parents by watching them throughout their life. When you are in 20‘s you think and tell yourself “I will enjoy my life to fullest”. By the time you are 30 you are married and probably have a kid or are planning for one. And from there comes the CHANGE. Change in you, change in your attitude towards your life, change the way you used to enjoy your life with your friends and family.

But, are you really balancing things right. When you are caught up in the small things around you, you tend to forget the big things. At the same time, when there are so many big things to bog you down, you forget the small things in life. When this happens you will certainly feel that there is something missing in your life. It always feels like you’re always waiting for something to arrive. You want your destination to come. Destination of your dream and your goal. Now, the question arises –

How do we find the balance and keep moving right? How can we have big dreams and still get them?

Einstein said: “Life is like riding bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.”

The world is always moving and changing. Living in a moment means doing or feeling or seeing or recognizing what’s there in front of you. The important thing is to let yourself experience everything – good or bad- and once you experience it that you let it go. We tend to get stuck in our past because we did not enjoy the past when it was present.

Whether you are fighting your fear of your future, worried about school or tests, meeting at work, stresses about money, no matter what’s on your mind at any moment, don’t forget to see and feel what’s around you at all time.

We often get stuck in stress and forget to just live. So just try to balance your bike and stay on it. Just remember to live each moment, and let it pass and enjoy the next.

As somebody has rightly said:

Yesterday is History;

Tomorrow is mystery;

And today is a gift…..

That’s why they call it PRESENT…..
