FEE REFUND POLICY

In case of New Admission

  1. Fees (including admission fee but excluding Security, if any) paid to the school at the time of admission shall be refunded after deducting Rs. 15000/- as Administrative Charges only in case where a student withdraws admission / communicates his / her intention not to attend the school, before one month from the date of schedule commencement of classes. In any other case, no refund shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever except security amount deposited at the time of admission.
  1. Security deposit, if any, shall be refunded without interest, after adjustment of dues, if any, on withdrawal from the school. Security deposit is adjustable against damage to, or loss of, library books, laboratory equipment, technology facilities and other equipment or assets of the school.
  1. After commencement of the academic year, whether or not a student joins classes, under no circumstances will the Academic Fees and other charges/fees paid to the school be refunded, if a student withdraws admission or leaves the school before the end of that academic term, for any reasons. All unpaid fees must be paid before TC is issued to the student.

In case of Existing Students

  1. Fees once paid to the school shall not be refunded under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever, where a student withdraws admission or communicates his / her intention not to attend the school at any time after scheduled date of commencement of classes.
  1. Security deposit, if any, shall be refunded without interest, after adjustment of dues, if any, on completion of the child’s studies. Security deposit is adjustable against damage to, or loss of, library books, laboratory equipment, technology facilities and other equipment or assets of the school. All unpaid fees must be paid before TC is issued to the student. 

FINE POLICY

The school fee is payable quarterly. Any delay in payment of school fee by due date shall invite late fee of Rs.50/-per day upto 7 days. For the next days the late fee will be Rs 100/- per day. In case fee is not paid by the 14th day of the due date, the name of the students will be struck off from school rolls. This may necessitate readmission, if permitted, after payment of readmission charges amounting to Rs.-2500/-plus fine of Rs. 1050/- including total fee outstanding plus fees due till date as mentioned above.

After taking readmission, if student defaults in payment of fee in subsequent quarter, the above mentioned policy shall apply.

Further, in case of partial fee payment, following fine shall be charged:-

  • In case where not more than 15% fee is pending, no fine will be charged upto 14th day of the due date of fee and after that fine will be charged as per above said policy.

Further, no fee will be due in case name is struck off from the rolls till readmission.
