Sanyogita Sharma, Director – MRIS

Mrs Sanyogita Sharma began her career as an English lecturer in Women’s College Amritsar. She joined DAV Public School, Sector 14, as PGT English in 1989 and was designated as the headmistress in 1993. With two decades of experience behind her, she has been the Principal of MRIS Sector- 21C, Faridabad, for eight years. Presently, she is the Principal of MRIS Charmwood and the Director of both MRIS 21C and MRIS Charmwood.

Mamta Wadhwa, MA (Pol. Sc.), B Ed. is specially trained in pre-primary education and has a rich experience of 26 years. Earlier, she was the Principal of Ryan International School, Fbd, for 14 years. Mrs Wadhwa, Founder Principal of MRIS Sector 14 for 8 years, has played a pivotal role in making MRIS 14. She believes in students being exposed to the right learning environment and bringing forth an enjoyable, rewarding and positive experience. She has been felicitated with the Vidyashree Award, the Avantika Samman and has been honored by The British High Commission for her commitment and service to society for promoting better education.

Mrs. Dhriti Malhotra, Principal | MA (English), B.Ed. Experience: 30 Years
MRIS-46, Gurugram

With almost 3 decades of rich experience behind her, she has earlier held the reigns of Ryan International School, Vasant Kunj New Delhi and Scottish High International School, Gurugram as the Principal. She believes that every child is unique and born with inherent talent which needs to be groomed and polished. She envisions that every child excels in a sport and art (performing as well as fine) activity along with academic excellence.

Mrs. Malhotra has initiated the Special Education Needs (SEN) Department in the schools that she has led. The Inclusive Education Programme aims to integrate students with learning disabilities in mainstream education and addressing their needs so as to bring out the best in them.

Her passion for education and innovative teaching, meritorious work in the field of Social Welfare, Indian Culture, Music, Dance and Art has been rightly recognized and she has been felicitated with the ‘Progressive Principal of India for the year 2017’, ‘Vidyashree Award’, ‘Avantika Dr. Radhakrishna Samman’, ‘Best Educationist Award’, ‘The Best State Principal –Haryana Zone’, ‘Best Mentor’ award by Global SOTY Foundation and many more. Under her leadership, MRIS-46 has been awarded  accreditation by the US based AdvancEd Commission  for five years based on the   School’s  exemplary performance in all areas.

She joined the Manav Rachna Group in June 2009 at MRIS-46 where she began her journey of turning the MRIS vision and mission into a reality. School has grown from a strength of 125 children to almost 2800 children in a span of just 9 years.

Seema Malhotra, Principal | M.A. (Sociology), B.Ed Experience: 25 Years

Ms Seema Malhotra has been trained through Cambridge International Examination Teacher’s Training Programme, Primary Years Programme (PYP) of International Baccalaureate. Ms Seema Malhotra began her career as a primary teacher and has worked in various reputed schools such as Ryan International School, D.A.V. Public School, Faridabad, Cambridge Public School, Bangalore, and Scottish High International School, Gurugram. She has worked in various levels of Coordinator, Headmistress and Vice Principal. She has been at the helm of affairs in Manav Rachna International School, Mayfield Gardens, Gurugram since its inception in the year 2009 and has the proud privilege of heading it and running it successfully till March 2014. Since April 2014 onwards she is steering MRIS-21C, Faridabad. Mrs Malhotra is also trained as a yoga teacher. With her 25 years of experience and an eye for detail, she is committed to mentoring and guiding teachers, students and parents. As an educationist, she inspires all to give in their best. She believes that every child is unique and has special abilities, which should be nurtured to create master pieces.

Pooja Puri, Principal | M.Sc (Hons.) B.Ed Experience: Over 24 Years

Mrs Pooja Puri has to her credit a rich experience of over 24 years, from kindergarten to under graduate level. She has undergone Instructional Leader Course in Innovation Teaching at I Discover I. She has been specially trained in Pre-Primary and Primary education. Through her career she has been with institutes like D.P. S. Agra, Air Force School, Agra, as Headmistress and Amity International School, Sector 46, Gurugram as Vice Principal. Her international experience includes several cultural exchange programs, conferences and workshops. She is a trained Kathak dance instructor, teacher trainer and reiki master. She has earned many accolades in painting, sculpturing dramatics, dance, music, choreography (dance and drama), yoga, and acrobatics to name a few.

She has earned many awards, including nomination for the Indian Air Force AFWWA (Air Force Wives Welfare Association) Award by Mrs Harveen Krishnaswamy, President AFWWA (Central), 2002 and Appreciation by US Department of State Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs for promoting mutual understanding between India and USA through the support of NSLIY program (Aug 2012).

Ms. Nindiya Saket, Principal | M. Sc (Applied Biology), L.LB, B.ED., Experience: 19 Years

She has a rich experience of 19 years in the field of Academics in India and Abroad. Ms. Nindiya Saket began her career as a law professional, but soon moved on to Academics, where lied her passion. She has served as a Principal in Delhi/NCR schools apart from serving as Principal in a school in Dubai. She herself is a trained teacher with Biology being her favourite subject. Ms. Saket has conducted many workshops for the teachers and has an expertise in taking professional development trainings. A seasoned administrator who believes in creating happy environment, she believes that she is a life long learner, who learns best when amongst the young and challenging generaton. She has earned many accolades in the field of debating, dancing, dramatics and sports. She was a First class Guide.
Ms. Saket has received awards from reputed organizations like ASSOCHAM for promoting STEM Education and ‘Life Empowerment Award-2017’ from ‘Expressions India’ for outstanding work in Inclusive Education and promoting Health and Physical well being in the field of education.

Being in the field of Education for more than a decade, Dr.Rupali Saini believes that everyone and everything around you is your teacher.All one needs is to look in to and sometimes look beyond,move from the known and be willing to explore the unknown.

Dr. Rupali Saini has done her Masters and PhD in English with LL.B and M.Ed and has worked as a Principal of some of the most reputed schools of Punjab.She is the proud recipient of the prestigious Dr.A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Outstanding Principal of the year Award 2016  for her distinguished services to the field of education. Under her able guidance and leadership her schools have achieved many accolades and recognitions such as the ”Swami Vivekananda School of Excellence Award” in 2013 by CBSE.
Dr. Rupali Saini has widely travelled with her students to NASA America, London Olympics and Canada and therefore believes that education today is not just about literacy or imparting skills but it is something more deeper and more meaningful.
